Information security has been a prominent issue for many years now. The Coordination Center devotes special attention to this topic, focusing, first and foremost, on the security of domain space. To this end, the Center started working with organizations that detect internet violations, and launched a project called Netoscope which brought together the largest Russian companies to jointly develop a research platform for aggregating information on malicious internet resources, conducting malware source analysis and sharing analytical data. The Coordination Center was directly involved in the creation of the .ДЕТИ TLD. Conceived as a safe internet space for children and teens with websites offering content approved for young audiences, this domain is now actively expanding.
